Well done to Chris and the Rental Team at Green and Co. Very professional, quick, responsive and a ‘can do’ attitude. Superb marketing material and video created which led to lots of interest. They quickly sourced a good quality, trustworthy tenant for us and also achieved a fair market rent for our property. All the admin was via DocuSign so a very easy process. Have used them for many years and will certainly continue to do so. Highly recommend.
Professional, quick and responsive
Chris and the team at Green and Co have been excellent. From creating a superb marketing video right the way through to accompanying and vetting tenants. Nothing is a problem and their positive attitude was refreshing. Very professional indeed and resulted in our property being quickly let at a fair market price and a good quality trustworthy tenant.
